【Method】The full coding regions of α-gliadin genes were amplified from "Chuannong 16" using primer pairs designed according to the known α-gliadin gene sequences.
【方法】根据已报道的α-醇溶蛋白基因序列设计引物,对小麦品种"川农16"总DNA进行PCR扩增得到约900bp的DNA片段,分离纯化后连接到pMD18-T载体上,转化后筛选阳性克隆进行测序。
