碧玉魔芋烩木耳

原料:

魔芋(黑白各200克) 香芹200克 干木耳1把 盐1茶匙(5克)糖1/2茶匙(3克)鸡精1/4茶匙(1克)香油1/4茶匙(1ml)

做法:

1)木耳用适量温水浸泡,撒入少许淀粉,可以有助于木耳的清洁。木耳软化后,彻底清洗干净,沥干水份备用。香芹择去叶子后洗净,切成3cm长的小段。魔芋用水冲净沥干水份。

2)炒锅中放入油,加热至7分热,倒入芹菜和木耳翻炒2分钟,放入魔芋快炒1分钟,加入盐,糖和鸡精。出锅前淋入少许香油即可。

超级罗嗦:

    • 魔芋在超市有售,各地魔芋的造型和颜色不同,但营养价值是一样的。
    • 干木耳,如果是那种压成小长方块的,用半块就足够啦。
    • 黑白魔芋外加黑木耳,颜色比较黯淡,用红黄椒丝点缀一下吧,红黄椒不用加热,切丝后泡入水中,几分钟后就会自然蜷曲。
