This paper tries to expound the cultural implications of Hubei highway industry and its development through discussing the implications of "culture","highway culture" and culture of highway industry in Hubei province.

With the development of highway culture national wide, Tianjin’s highway management also makes efforts for it to promote the change of traditional concept through building the highway culture, to achieve innovation by updating knowledge, and to improve the management by applying culture management.

Three relatively stable major cultural routes were formed,including the land route from north China to Korean Peninsular passing through Liaoxi and Liaodong,the sea route from Shandong Peninsular,and the sea route from Southern China via Yangtze River estuary.
