The study examined the influence of Dan-Shen Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia of rat heart caused by the ligation of anterior descending branch of left coronary artery,on acute blood stasis model of rat caused by injecting high- dose adrenaline ( Adr) and being socked in ice-water.
其实验方法是:通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支,观察药物对大鼠急性心肌缺血的影响;通过注射盐酸肾上腺素(Adr)和冰水刺激复制寒凝气滞血瘀模型,观察药物对大鼠血液流变性的影响。
