研究目的本研究旨在探讨温肾散寒、化湿通络法治疗强直性脊柱炎肾虚寒湿证的临床疗效、安全性及不良反应,通过设立对照组,进行治疗前后比较及组间横向比较,以此进一步探索中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效的方法。

肾虚寒证 肾虚寒证 证名。肾气亏损，肾阳虚衰所致的证候。《备急千金要方》卷十九：“病苦心中闷，下重足肿不可以按地，名曰肾虚寒也。”《三因极一病证方论·肾膀胱经虚实寒热证治》：“肾虚寒，阴痿，腰脊痛，身重，缓弱，足腰不可以按，语音混浊，阳气顿绝。”伴见耳鸣、目眩、小便清长等证。治宜温补肾阳，选用温肾散、益志汤、人参补肾汤、金匮肾气丸等方。
