乌梅 乌梅 拼音名：Wumei 英文名：FRUCTUS MUME 书页号：2000年版一部-59 本品为蔷薇科植物梅Prunus mume (Sieh.) Sieb .et Zucc. 的干燥近成熟果 实。夏季果实近成熟时采收，低温烘干后闷至色变黑。
【性状】
本品呈类环形或扁球形，直径1. 5～3 cm。表面乌黑色或棕黑色，皱缩 不平，基部有圆形果梗痕。果核坚硬，椭圆形，棕黄色，表面有凹点；种子扁卵形，淡 黄色。气微，味极酸。
【含量测定】
取本品最粗粉约4g〔 同时另取本品粉末测定水分( 附录Ⅸ H第二法)〕， 精密称定，置锥形瓶中， 精密加水 100ml，加热回流 4小时，放冷，滤过，收集续滤 液。精密量取续滤液20ml，加水至80ml，照电位滴定法（附录Ⅷ A），用氢氧化钠滴定液 (0.1mol/L)滴定。每1ml 的氢氧化钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于6.404mg 的枸橼酸（C6H8O7）。 本品按干燥品计算，含有机酸以枸橼酸(C6H8O7)计，不得少于15.0％。
【炮制】
乌梅 除去杂质，洗净，干燥。 乌梅肉 取净乌梅，水润使软或蒸软，去核。 乌梅炭 取净乌梅，照炒炭法（附录Ⅱ D）炒至皮肉鼓起。
【性味与归经】
酸、涩，平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。
【功能与主治】
敛肺， 涩肠，生津，安蛔。用于肺虚久咳，久痢滑肠，虚热消 渴，蛔厥呕吐腹痛，胆道蛔虫症。
【用法与用量】
6～12g 。
【贮藏】
置阴凉干燥处，防潮。
