B淋巴细胞检查方法之一。有些B淋巴细胞的表面有IgG分子的Fc段受体，能与抗原反应的IgG分子(Fc）结合。当将淋巴细胞与经抗鸡红细胞抗体致敏了的鸡红细胞混合在一起时，可借抗体(IgG）分子的Fc段，在B淋巴细胞表面上结合，形成“玫瑰花”状，称为EA玫瑰花结。计数100个淋巴细胞，求其中形成EA花结细胞(B细胞）的百分率。正常值为15%～30%。
