Two compounds were isolated from EtOH extracts,and their structures were elucidated as conduritol and β-sitosterol on the basis of spectral evidence and by comparison with the authentic samples.
从萝科牛奶菜属植物通关藤Marsdenia tenacissima(Roxb) Wight et Arn的乙醇提取物中分离出2个化合物,根据化合物的熔点和波谱数据的鉴定,分别确定为牛奶菜醇和β-谷甾醇。

Result: Eight compounds were isolated from Marsdenia tenacissima and the structures of five compounds among them were identified as marsdekoiside D(Ⅰ), marsdekoiside B(Ⅱ), conduritol (Ⅲ), dihydro conduritol (Ⅳ) and marsdeoreophiside B(Ⅴ).
结果 :共分离得到 8个化合物 ,已鉴定出其中 5个化合物 :大叶牛奶菜苷丁 (Ⅰ ) ,大叶牛奶菜苷乙 (Ⅱ ) ,牛奶菜醇 (Ⅲ ) ,二氢牛奶菜醇 (Ⅳ ) ,喙柱牛奶菜苷乙 (Ⅴ )。
