【原料】

鸭肾(12个)、冬菇(15克)、红萝卜(50克)、冬笋(150克)、时菜(350克)、葱(5克)、味粉(5克)、白酱油(50克)、菱粉(15克)。

【制作过程】

一、将鸭肾内膜取去,用刀横直起花纹切成球形,以水洗净,冬菇浸湿切片,红萝卜及冬笋均切片,时菜,葱切段。

二、起旺火热油锅,将肾球放下先炒,再加上红萝卜、冬笋、葱同炒,另将时菜炒熟垫底,肾球装在面上,以味粉、白酱油调味,下湿菱粉勾芡上。
