fengx}fush{shlyan缝隙腐蚀试验(creviee。orrosion test)评价缝隙腐性性能的金属腐性试验方法。它可分为电化学法和化学浸泡法。(1)电化学方法:利用人造缝隙测量其去钝化pH值或缝隙内的电位,以评定材料耐缝隙腐蚀性能。(2)化学浸泡法:以腐蚀失重或深度为基准来评定材料耐缝隙腐蚀性能的一种方法。试样的制备方法很多,有的把沙土或碎石块堆积在金属板上,有的用橡胶带把金属缠起来等,常用的有三氯化铁腐蚀法和快速缝隙腐蚀试验方法。三氯化铁缝隙腐蚀试验方法的中国国家标准为GBlo127一88,主要适用于不锈钢和镍一铬合金。该试验是把按要求制成的带有缝隙的试样浸入到10%FeCI:·6HZO溶液中,测量浸泡一定时间后的腐蚀深度或失重量。快速缝隙腐蚀试验法是用两块面积不等的金属试片构成一个人造缝隙,浸放到3%NaCI+。.肠MNaZSO;十活性炭的腐蚀溶液中,温度控制在3Q〔C或60C,不断吹入氧气,待一定时间后取出进行清洗、称量。此外,还有现场浸泡法。它是把带有缝隙的试样浸入到现场介质中,待一定时间后取出称量,根据失重量来评价材料耐缝隙腐蚀的性能。 (李德林)
