This thesis is concerned with the study of PCR-80 cold rolling machine.

In this paper, the analysis and design of the tightening bolt joints were carried out about the housing of precision cold ring rolling mill, and the mechanical behaviors of the housing when it was working in six cases of preload were analyzed by the method of three-dimension finite element, the optimal preload and coefficient of tightening are presented, the magnitude of system .
