性质: 以丁腈橡胶为主,加入30%~50%的聚氯乙烯树脂共混制得的。共混工艺采用两种胶乳,按要求比例混合后再进行凝聚、洗涤、干燥、热处理等工序。与丁腈橡胶相比,丁腈/聚氯乙烯共混胶提高了耐臭氧和耐天候老化性能,改善了拉伸强度、定伸应力、抗撕裂性、耐热性和耐燃性,提高了耐油、耐燃油和耐化学药品性能,改善了压出、压延加工性能,还提高了储存稳定性,并可任意着色。丁腈/聚氯乙烯共混胶用于电线电缆护套、油管外层胶、皮辊和皮圈、汽车模压零件、微孔海绵、发泡绝热层、安全靴等。
