补充资料：豆腐芝士蛋糕
豆腐芝士蛋糕
原料：
忌廉芝士70克、豆腐花/嫩豆腐180克、糖25克、鱼胶粉7克、淡忌廉120克、蛋糕片1片、椰果肉30克。
做法：
1.豆腐先用热水过一过，并且滤去部份水份。
2.打软忌廉芝士，加入糖打到软身。
3.加豆腐到芝士中，打匀。
4.打起淡忌廉。
5.鱼胶粉水溶解后加入芝士，并加入(4)，搅匀。
6.加入椰果肉至(5)中，搅匀。
7.蛋糕片放在模中，再倒入(6)，冰箱冰两小时。
贴士：
1.豆腐先用热水过一过，并且滤掉部份水份。
2.豆腐花可以买没糖的那些，做出来的饼比较滑，但豆腐味不太重。用豆腐的话，做出来的没有那么滑，但豆腐味比较浓。
做好后，随自己喜欢在上面洒一层coco粉或放水果都行，阿华田也是不错的选择。
