原料：
鸵鸟肉100克。碘盐5克，鲜味汁6克。
制法:
1、鸵鸟肉切成2.5厘米见方的丁后出水去异味。
2、枸杞子泡好，鲜竹叶洗净消毒后入竹筒底部后，下入主辅料及调料。
3、清汤调好味后，倒入竹筒中蒸45分钟。
特点:
竹香清心，鸵鸟肉软烂，口味香鲜。
