材料:
(1)半熟米饭1杯;(2)黑鹰嘴豆粉(阿打林)1/2杯;
调料:
(1)盐适量;(2)芫荽12根,洗净,切碎;(3)大小适中的胡萝卜1个,去皮,洗净,剁碎;(4)法兰西豆4—5粒,去茎,洗净,切碎;(5)花椰菜2—3小片,洗净,切碎;(6)中等大小的番椒1/2个洗净,去籽,剁碎;(7)油2汤匙;(8)胡椒粒1汤匙
做法:
1)将大米与阿达林分别洗净,浸泡至少4小时,沥干。粗略磨碎大米,用足够水与阿达林搅成糊状,使柔滑。
2)放入盐,让它发酵6—8小时或连夜加盖放在热处。
3)将蔬菜放在发酵的糊中,好好搅拌。
4)轻轻将绿豆饼涂上油,倒一汤匙糊于每一凹处,以碎胡椒粒和碎芫荽做装饰。
5)用一杯水与绿豆饼放在微波炉中,加盖高火烹饪4分钟,食用前放置5分钟。
