性质:成膜时聚合物链之间能自行交联成网状结构的丙烯酸树脂。经自交联的丙烯酸树脂可明显改善耐水性和耐溶剂性,机械强度和耐热性也有提高。但交联度过高,将使膜硬脆,手感变差。丙烯酸系单体和两种含不同官能基(如羟基、羧基和氨基等)的单体或一种含两类官能基的单体(如羟甲基丙烯酰胺,含羟基和氨基)共聚所得的溶液聚合物或乳液聚合物,成膜时聚合物链上的两类官能基相互反应而实现自交联。也可用多价金属作自交联剂。为使官能基间相互反应,成膜温度应高于官能基发生反应的温度。自交联丙烯酸乳液树脂主要用作织物、皮革、纸张处理剂;自交联丙烯酸溶液树脂主要用作涂料。
