三穗鸭主产于贵州东部三穗县。
数量：1983年中心产区年存栏7万余只。
主要特性：蛋用型品种，公鸭体躯稍长，胸部羽毛红褐色，颈中下部有白色颈圈；背部羽毛灰褐色，腹部羽毛浅褐色。母鸭颈细长，体躯近似船形，羽毛以深褐色麻雀羽居多，翅上有镜羽。胫、蹼橘红色，爪黑色。初生重为44.62克，成年体重公鸭为1690克，母鸭为1680克。屠宰测定：半净膛成年公鸭为69.5%，母鸭为73.9%，全净膛公鸭为65.6%，母鸭为58.7%。开产日龄110～120天，年产蛋200～240枚，平均蛋重为65.12克，壳以白色居多。壳厚0.31毫米，蛋形指数1.42。
