Objective: To explore the feasibility of detecting FUS-CHOP fusion gene in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues as well as its diagnostic and differential diagnostic significance for myxoid/ round cell liposarcomas (MRCLs), and to explore the possible mechanism of chromosomal translocation in MRCLs.

常由卵巢假黏液性囊肿破裂引起，是低度恶性的黏液腺癌；偶尔来自阑尾黏液囊肿破裂。黏液上皮细胞广泛种植于腹膜，产生大量黏液，引致腹部进行性膨隆及炎症、粘连。表现为腹痛、腹部肿块、腹水等症状。腹壁有揉面感或如硬橡皮感。妇检附件及盆腔内有肿物，腹穿抽出黏性胶状物。治疗应切除原发病灶，即卵巢或阑尾，尽可能清除腹内假性黏液瘤及黏液状物。术后经腹腔管注抗癌药。
