chondromyxoid fibroma
少见，属良性，多发生于年长儿童或青壮年。好发于下肢，胫骨约占半数，也可见于股骨、腓骨、跗骨或跟骨，但上肢、肋骨或骨盆很少涉及，无明显性别差异。临床表现不明显，常在外伤后X线检查时偶然发现。较常见的症状是间断疼痛，触诊无压痛。X线片显示长管状骨干骺端有偏心性卵圆或圆形骨质稀疏。肿瘤直径最大可达7～8cm，鉴别诊断应考虑单发骨囊肿和良性软骨母细胞瘤。常用刮除术治疗，缺损较大者可用植骨填充或肿瘤病段切除术。
