目的本课题通过充分发挥中医药特色,在常规西医治疗心衰基础上应用著名老中医颜德馨教授经典验方温阳方治疗心衰心阳虚证患者,观察该方对心衰心阳虚证患者的疗效及其对该证型交感神经系统的影响,进而探讨该方可能作用的靶点及机制,为名老中医经验方的作用机理提供现代化客观依据,进而为其产业化开发打下坚实的基础。

| 心阳虚证 心阳虚衰，心脉及全身失于温煦所表现出的证候。心阳虚证的原因同心气虚证，并多由心气虚证进一步发展而来 。临床表现是在心气虚证的基础上出现虚寒症状，如畏寒肢冷、心痛、舌淡胖、苔白滑、脉微细。若心阳虚证进一步发展 ，在心阳虚证的基础上出现虚脱亡阳症状，称为心阳暴脱证 。心阳暴脱，阳气衰亡不能卫外，则冷汗淋漓，不能温煦肢体则四肢厥冷。余症有呼吸微弱、面色苍白、口唇青紫、神志模糊或昏迷、脉微细欲绝。心阳虚证的治法为温通心阳，方用桂枝甘草汤、麻黄附子细辛汤、保元汤等；心阳暴脱证的治法为回阳救逆，方用参附汤、回逆汤等。 |
