Objective:To learn the genotype distributions of HPA-3(Baka/Bakb)in Han people from Beijing and Hebei Province,and to study the association of the platelet glycoprotein Ⅱ b polymorphism with coronary heart disease(CHD),blood-stasis syndrome of CHD.
目的:观察 GPⅡb HPA-3(Baka/Bakb)基因多态性,在北京河北地区汉族人中各基因型的分布频率,分析该多态性与冠心病、冠心病血瘀证易感性的相关性。

[Objective] To explore the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) gene and efficacy of Qishen Yiqi(QSYQ) dripping pills on qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease.
[目的]探讨载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)基因多态性与中药治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病之间的关系。
补充资料：血瘀证
| 血瘀证 血液运行不畅，瘀血阻滞所表现的证候。凡离经之血不能及时排出和消散，停留于体内，或血行不畅，壅遏于经脉之内，及瘀阻于脏腑组织器官的，均称瘀血。引起瘀血的常见原因，有寒凝、气滞、气虚、外伤等。证见疼痛、肿块、出血发狂等。疼痛如针刺刀割，痛有定处，拒按，常在夜间加剧。肿块在体表者，色呈青紫；在腹内者，坚硬按之不移。出血反复不止，色泽紫暗，中夹血块，或大便色黑如柏油。还可见面色黧黑，肌肤甲错，口唇爪甲紫暗，或皮下紫斑，或肌表丝状如缕，或腹部青筋外露，妇女痛经，月经色暗夹血块，或经闭。舌质紫暗，或见瘀斑瘀点，脉细涩。血瘀证的治宜活血化瘀，方如桃红四物汤、血府逐瘀汤。 |
