目的 心肾阳虚证是中医临床上一种常见的病证 ,本实验研究欲建立与临床相应的大鼠心肾阳虚证动物模型。
补充资料：心阳虚
心阳虚 心阳虚 证名。除心气虚的证候外，还有面色苍白，形寒肢冷，心区憋闷，舌尖凉感。治宜益气回阳，用养心汤加减。严重者出现心阳虚脱时，可兼见大汗淋漓，四肢厥冷，口唇青紫，呼吸微弱，甚则神昏，脉微细欲绝。治宜回阳救逆，用大剂参附汤或人参四逆汤灌服。参见心气虚条。
