性质:高分子链在绕单键内旋转自由度,内旋转可导致高分子链构象的变化,因为伴随着状态熵增大,自发地趋向于蜷曲状态,这种特性就称为高分子链柔性。显然,高分子链的柔性取决于绕单键内旋转自由度的大小。实际上,高分子链绕单键内旋转是受阻的,实现内旋转需要克服位垒的阻碍。实现内旋转前后异构体所对应的状态位能差决定其实现的几率。后一因素与平衡态柔性有关,前一因素与动态柔性相关。
