【鉴别】
取本品的细粉适量（约相当于氨苯蝶啶10mg），照氨苯蝶啶项下的鉴别 (1) 项试验，显相同的反应。
【检查】
应符合片剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【含量测定】
取本品10片，精密称定，研细，精密称取适量（约相当于氨苯蝶啶 50mg），置烧杯中，加冰醋酸与水各25ml，小心加热，搅拌使氨苯蝶啶溶解，放冷，移 至500ml 量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液5ml，置100ml量瓶中， 加稀醋酸稀释至刻度，摇匀，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在360nm的波长处测定吸收度， 按C12H11N7的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为843 计算，即得。
