锁阳饼
锁阳生长在原亚拉格家、贺郎格家部落的明花区一带，地处巴丹吉林沙漠的边缘。锁阳是一种沙生植物，属寄生草本，茎圆柱状，暗红色，肉质，内含丰富淀粉，可供食用，并有固精壮阳、补益之药用价值。
当地的裕固族牧民，从沙漠中挖出锁阳，驮回家，用木板刮去锁阳皮，里面是白色肉质。锁阳并不是都能食用，有些很甜，有些苦涩。把刮净皮的锁阳放笼内上锅蒸，蒸熟后拿下用手捏烂，内掺面粉揉搓均匀，可炸成油饼，也可烙成烙饼。锁阳饼吃时绵软爽口，味道香甜。每逢冬春季节，牧民边放牧边刨锁阳，可拿回家食用，也可卖给国家药用。
