【原料】
莴笋500克，菠萝（罐装）200克，白糖100克，白醋5克。精盐、味精、清水各适量。
【制作过程】
1、 莴笋去皮、叶、根、洗净后，切成梳子背块，用开水烫熟，控干，再放精盐稍淹片刻，入凉开水中漂洗一次，沥净水分，盛入盘内。 2、 菠萝切成小丁盛碗内，放入糖水（白糖预先用少许凉开水化开）、白醋、味精拌匀，置冰箱内镇凉后，浇在莴笋块上，即成。
