白背叶根猪骨汤

白背叶根性平,味甘、微苦,具有清热、利湿、固脱、清瘀的功效。中医各家都认为它能治肠炎、肝炎、脾肿、赤眼、脱肛、疝气、

淋浊、白带、喉蛾等。以它煲猪骨,其汤虽略带中药气味,但能舒肝解郁、健脾利水,十分适合于时下气候进饮。

材料:白背叶根60克、猪骨500克、生姜3片。

烹制:白背叶根洗净,稍浸泡;猪骨洗净,斩为段状,并用刀背敲裂。然后与生姜一起放进瓦煲内,加入清水2500毫升(约10碗水量),武火煲沸后,改为文火煲2小时。
