黄米果用山中一特种灌木烧成灰,沥取其汁,浸上等粳米至米色橙黄,冲净蒸熟,置石臼中捣成团,然后分切小块,趁热将其揉压成扁圆或长条形即成。黄中透绿,色泽晶莹,清香宜人,柔嫩可口。用肉丝、青菜、冬笋等爆炒,色味更佳,为松阳、遂昌、龙泉、庆元、景宁等县民间传统节庆或待贵宾之食物。
