The synergistic extraction of gold(Ⅲ) from chlorhydric acid medium with amines and neutral phosphorus-based extractants in chlorotorm was investigated, and positive synergistic extraction etfects were observed when primary amine and neutral phosphorus-based extractants were mixed.

铂金合金
platinum-gold alloy

  boJ旧heJ一n铂金合金(platinum一gold alloy)以铂为基添加金所组成的铂合金。在固相线以下高温区为连续固溶体,在125。℃以下的广泛区域内存在固相分解a一a:+aZ;在固溶度曲线范围内gooC以下存在调幅(Spinodal)分解,形成调幅结构。 金与铂分别是铂与金的强化元素,添加少量就能使强度迅速增高,延伸性能明显降低。金对铂的强化效果远高于铂对金的强化效果。在两相区内,经高温充分固溶处理的均匀合金时效强化效果显著,而非均匀合金时效强化效果较弱。调幅分解进一步提高力学性能。随着溶质浓度增高,合金的电阻率和对金热电势增大,电阻温度系数和导热系数减小,并约在等原子比例合金上达到最大(最小)值。在1100’C以上金从合金中优先挥发并在表面形成薄层富金合金。富金合金可耐大多数酸腐蚀,但可被王水和氰化物溶液溶解;富铂合金不仅耐大多数酸腐蚀,也耐熔融玻璃浸蚀,金显著提高熔融玻璃对铂的浸润角。铂金合金凝固时均有强的偏析倾向,铸锭需长时间均匀化并采用热加工开坯。 含30%一40%和5%一10%铂的富金合金主要用来制造人造纤维喷丝嘴,多种仪表元件和实验室器皿;含少量金的富铂合金可制作玻璃纤维喷丝嘴和柑祸器皿;铂金合金还可作成各种薄膜与厚膜元件。 (宁远涛)
