Two new types of low formaldehyde easy-care finishing agent FIXAPRET AP FIXAPRET F-CL are respectively applied on cotton/polyurethane elastic fabrics by pre-curing method, and the tear strength, breaking strength, sewing slippage, wear resistance ,the formaldehyde content, shrinkage, crease recovary angle and smoothness of the treated fabrics are compred.
将两种新型的低甲醛免烫整理剂FIXAPRET AP和FIXAPRET F-CL采用预焙烘的方法施加到几种不同种类的棉氨纶弹力织物上,并且比较了它们的拉撕力、缝线滑移、耐磨度,甲醛含量、缩水率、褶皱回复度和平滑度等。

性质:又称2D树脂整理剂。简称树脂2D。二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲初缩体。属反应性树脂。淡黄色透明液体。溶于水。含游离甲醛<1%,游离乙二醛<0.5%。贮存稳定性好。由乙二醛、尿素和甲醛缩合而制得。主要用于耐久定型整理剂,是目前应用广泛的织物整理剂。可使织物具有防皱、防缩、耐洗性能,同时又使织物丰满、硬挺富有弹性。产品的耐氯性差,对某些染料颜色的日晒牢度也会有影响。
