【来源】
为百合科植物葱的叶,植物形态详"葱白"条。
【化学成分】
叶含葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖及多种低果聚糖,又含少量淀粉、半纤维素、α-纤维素和木质素。
【药理作用】
100%的葱煎剂,试管内(环杯法试验)对志贺氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用;25%葱的滤液,在试管内接触时间大于60分钟者,能杀灭阴道滴虫。
【性味】
《千金·食治》:"温,辛。"
【功用主治】
祛风发汗,解毒消肿。治感冒风寒,头痛鼻塞,身热无汗;中风,面目浮肿;疮痈肿痛;跌打创伤。 ①《千金·食治》:"青叶归目。除肝中邪气,安中补五脏,益目精('精',《政和本草》引作'睛'),杀百药毒。 ②《食疗本草》:"主伤寒壮热,出汗中风,面目浮肿,骨节头疼。" ③《日华子本草》:"茎叶用盐研罨蛇虫伤并金疮。水入皲肿,煨研罯敷。" ④《本草图经》:"煨葱治打扑损。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,3~5钱。外用:捣敷、热罨或煎水洗。
【选方】
①治疮中有风水肿痛:葱叶、干姜、黄柏。相和煎作汤,浸洗之。(《食疗本草》) ②治水病两足肿者:锉葱叶及茎,煮令烂渍之,日三五作。(《独行方》) ③治代指:萎黄葱叶,煮沸渍之。(《千金方》)
