细菌性阴道病
细菌性阴道病是一种混合性细菌感染,阴道黏膜充血不明显,病理特征无炎症病变。主要表现为阴道排液增多,有恶臭味,可伴有轻度外阴瘙痒或烧灼感。白带呈灰白色,均匀一致的稀薄白带、黏度很低。因厌氧菌代谢产生气体,因而有时白带可见泡沫。诊断应具有下列4条中3条阳性者即可诊断为细菌性阴道病。①阴道分泌物为匀质稀薄的白带;②阴道pH>4.5;③氨臭味试验阳性:取少许阴道分泌物放在玻片上,加入10%氢氧化钾液1~2滴后产生一种烂鱼样腥臭气味;④线索细胞阳性:取少许白带放在玻片上,加一滴生理盐水混合,置于高倍镜下见到20%以上的线索细胞。线索细胞为阴道脱落的表层细胞,于细胞边缘贴附大量颗粒状物即加德纳尔菌,细胞边缘不清。治疗首选甲硝唑,口服或局部用药,克林霉素为另一有效药物。
