性质:又名干蠕孢菌素。由真菌Helmintho-sporium siccans产生的萜类化合物。白色针状结晶,中性。熔点138~139℃。紫外吸收光谱λmax( )285 278nm(乙醇)。体外可抑制皮肤丝状真菌、酵母样菌、大肠杆菌及分枝杆菌607的生长。小鼠腹腔注射500mg/kg可耐受。临床多做成1%软膏或酊剂,外用治疗皮肤癣病,副反应较少,偶有局部刺激。
