配料
1、葱2根,姜4片,红辣椒1只,茴香3粒,桂皮3小片。
2、酒、味素各2汤匙,高汤10杯,酱油、胡椒、红糖适量。
做法
1、羊肉切四方小块,放滚水中煮10分钟,捞出洗净,滤去水分。
2、烧热锅,下油半杯,下调料1爆香,下羊肉拌匀炒片刻,再下调料2,改中火煮约90分钟后将调料1挑出去。
3、将鲫鱼下油锅中翻炸一会儿,捞出沥油后,再放入羊肉锅中一起煮约30分钟,撒上蒜苗,香菜,即可盛起。
