Using the same batch of Amur grape seeds,Amur grape seed oil was extracted with the SCF-CO2 method and the method of organic solvent extraction plus oil refining.
以同一批次的山葡萄籽为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取与有机溶剂浸提后精炼两种方法制取山葡萄籽油,对二者的理化及卫生指标、脂肪酸的组分、VE含量和微量元素含量进行了测定。
