糖水蜜橘
把蜜橘去皮后﹐每块放在蜜桔汁和白糖水里﹐再放松子。
也可以滴几滴柠檬汁﹐或者把柠檬皮切成丝放进去也不错。 桔子含有丰富的维
生素c﹐一天只吃一﹑两个桔子也能补充一天所需维生素c。维生素c是能抵抗感冒病

材料﹕
夏天蜜橘2个﹐白糖1大勺﹐松子1大勺﹐白糖1杯﹐水5杯
做法﹕
(1)把蜜橘去掉外皮层﹐再去内皮层﹐坝每一瓣都分开洒上一大勺白糖。
(2)另一个磨出汁。
(3)取一定量的水放白糖熬后冷凉并与蜜橘汁混在一起。
(4)把泡好的蜜橘放在茶碗里﹐倒蜜橘汁﹐在糖水上洒几粒松子。
