释怀玉。姓许。并州人也。少而警利日览千言。早露锋芒迥拔侪类。及其长也戒节逾峻梵场龟鉴。志在修葺无间彼此。夏墟寺宇。经有阙而必补。像有凋而遍修。三任纪纲特有崇建。仍校讎大藏经二十余本。祁寒盛暑不废晨暮。增饰净土院。兴事任力转加殊丽。代宗嘉之。委为灌顶道场主。真言秘诀有所在矣。春秋六十三。卒于本院云。
