| 龚古尔文学奖 Le Prix Goncourt 法国文学奖。龚古尔兄弟是法国自然主义小说家，弟弟茹尔·德·龚古尔于1870年去世后，哥哥埃德蒙·德·龚古尔十分悲痛，在1874年7月14日立下遗嘱，为了纪念他的弟弟，要用遗产作为基金，成立龚古尔学院，即龚古尔文学奖评选委员会，并指定福楼拜、左拉、都德等10名友好作家为第一届院士。由于埃德蒙到1896年才去世，这份名单后来有所变动。龚古尔学院于1902年成立，1903年1月11日获得批准，当年2月26日举行第一次会议，决定设立5000法郎的奖金，奖励当年出版的最佳长篇小说、最佳短篇小说集、最佳想象性散文作品，这一年12月21日颁奖。为了保证院士们能不偏不倚地进行评选，遗嘱规定每位院士可享有一栋住宅和一份保障生活的年金。后来奖金改为50法郎，仅仅是一种荣誉，但其重要性已超过法兰西学士院的小说大奖。自1903年开始，获奖小说中有普鲁斯特的《在花枝招展的少女身旁》、马尔罗的《人的状况》、西蒙娜·德·波伏瓦的《大人先生们》和杜拉斯的《情人》等。 |
