This paper analyzes the reading psychology of the student readers group and teacher readers group in reading the foreign books,and probes into the application of the analysis of reading psychology in foreign books purchasing of university library.

In terms of process of reading comprehension、reading factors and reading methods,this paper shows the developing situation、features and existing issues in reading research over the past ten years in China and the some solutions are come up with.
