【制作过程】
1.河粉切成条状,用热水浸泡至软后捞起,沥干水分备用. 2.起油锅,将猪肉丝、虾米、油葱酥拌炒一下，加入调味料，略煮一会，最后放入韭黄、河粉拌炒均匀即可。
