Pseudosciaena crocea;large yellow croaker

   鲈形目石首鱼科黄鱼属的一种。又称大鲜,大仲,黄瓜鱼,大黄花。体长椭圆形,侧扁。尾柄细长,其长为其高的3倍多;头大而侧扁,背侧中央枕骨嵴不明显;颏部有4个不明显小孔;背鳍和臀鳍的鳍条基部2/3以上被小圆鳞;背鳍起点在胸鳍起点上方;鳔侧管2 小分支,平行且相等。为结群性近海鱼类,分布范围由南海雷州半岛以东至黄海南部西侧(朝鲜西岸附近偶有出现)。栖息于水深10~60米的水域。中国产的大黄鱼有 2 个地方种群,在东海浙江北部的为岱衢族,在南海广东西部的为硇洲族。在同一海区的鱼群有春季生殖的春宗和秋季生殖的秋宗。为中国最重要的经济海鱼之一,由于滥捕,产量已大减。
