Gezi opera is the representative of Taiwanese opera,whose birth was closely related with Zhangzhou Jin Songs and Chegu opera in South of Fujian Province.
歌仔戏是台湾的代表剧种,它的形成与漳州的锦歌、闽南的车鼓戏有着极为密切的关系;歌仔戏从小戏发展为大戏过程中,福建戏班赴台演出起了举足轻重的作用;台湾解严后闽台两地多次组织了歌仔戏的演出和研讨,使歌仔戏的交流进入了一个新时期。
