In order to rise so cial justice,the only way is that the legal and system justice should be established and the moral court should come in.

The predicaments of Chinese family morality can be expressed as the ineffectiveness of family morality and its evaluation, the contradjction of family morality selection and the weakening of family morality regulatation and control .
