代指 病名。爪甲部之急性化脓性感染。出《诸病源候论》卷三十，又名代甲、糟指、土XX（wěi未）、（疒贡）爪、沦指、遭指。多因指、趾外伤感染，或火毒蕴结所致。巢氏云：“代指者，其指先肿，焮焮热痛，其色不暗，然后方缘爪甲边结脓极者，爪甲脱也。”历代外科家多沿此论。该病较难消散，易化脓于指甲下。治宜早期用甘草、朴硝各五钱煎汤浸洗，或用葱叶、乌梅捶碎去核肉取仁，共研和醋浸之。若甲下已成脓不消者，宜速切开排脓，外贴琥珀散。或按溃疡处理。参见指疔条。
