存在于血液中的各类缓冲物质,它们都是配对存在的,故称缓冲系统。每一缓冲对都由一个弱酸及强碱盐构成。它们可在一定限度内保持血液的酸碱度(pH7.35~7.45)。当然,机体对酸碱度平衡调节,主要依靠体液中的缓冲系统,肺肾功能的调节。正常血液中重要的缓冲系统有以下几组:①重碳酸盐/碳酸缓冲系统,是血浆中重要的缓冲对,约占总缓冲量的15%。②血红蛋白缓冲系统,也占总缓冲量的75%。③血浆蛋白缓冲系统,占总缓冲量的7%,其主要成分为白蛋白。④磷酸盐缓冲系统,约占总缓冲量的3%。
