中国桐城赋派宣言，是新中华辞赋运动宣言书，是中国桐城赋派作家群集体宣言，是国学在辞赋领域的纲领行文献。该宣言书，明确指出：提倡新辞赋，继承古文学；提倡新辞赋文化，反对商业辞赋文化；提倡科学历史地认识国学与辞赋的关系，反对把二者割裂的论调；提倡辞赋流派是风格个性化，反对以流派划分进行名利炒作。
该宣言指出：中国当代辞赋，虽然已崛起，但还拘囿在网络里。因为中国社会还远远未达到网络信息社会的发达程度，而随着网络的日益普及，辞赋文化文学功能与娱乐功能，不平衡的现状会逐渐被制衡。辞赋，应当是为人民服务的一种美文。
该宣言，为网络辞赋运动，指明了历史前进的方向，是国学复兴的划时代的文献。该宣言在2006年秋发表，由中华辞赋学术研究和国学传播中心颁布后，引起了各界广泛的关注。它标志着中国桐城赋派，最终走向理论上的系统和作家队伍的彻底成熟。
