It first analyzed the words complication features of both language text books by words forms and words meaning and then studied the difference and the common place after the comparison of two language text books with a cognitive angle, which is divided into four parts-phonetic, writing, vocabulary .
笔者选取《新概念英语》(1)和《新实用汉语课本》(1)这两本教材作为汉英初级阶段语言教材的代表,运用相关理论,分别从词语的形式和意义来两方面分析两本教材的词语编排特点,进行比较;接着进一步从认知角度来分析两本教材词语编写呈现的几个相同以及不同的特点,从四个方面来分析——语音,书写符号,词汇量增加,词语意义;在此基础上,论文分析了认知理论和功能主义理论在初级阶段汉英语言教材词语处理中的对立统一以及对初级阶段语言教材词语编写的启示。

在实际的语言交际中,词义系统并非处于一个自足封闭的静止状态,词义在特定语用环境的要求下可能发生某种变异,形成特定的语用词义。
