笔者通过对贵州省麻江县白午苗族自然村寨苗语使用态度调查数据的分析,认为即使在当前的社会和历史条件下,不但需要在汉语程度较低的少数民族聚居地区开展"双语"教育,即使是在白午自然村寨这类汉语程度较高的少数民族聚居区也同样有开展的必要。

原料：肋排250克，铁观音茶5克。
制法：1，开水泡铁观音茶，倒去头冲水，再冲入200克开水，泡十几分钟后备用。2，将新鲜子排切成5厘米长条形，汆水，冲净血水。3，烧油，油温五成热时，子排过油，起锅。4，大火，下油，煸香蒜米，姜米后从油里捞去后，先下子排，用中火煸出油，在下茶叶水。5，小火焖10分钟后起锅，装盘。
