[Methods] The standard strain of MT (H37Rv) diluted to different concentration was cultured in the Bidirectional Culture Medium (BCM), and the time of the positive results was recorded and compared with in the Improved LowenseinJensen agar (I-L-J).
[方法]用双向培养基培养不同稀释度标准结核分支杆菌H37Rv,记录出现阳性结果的时间,并与改良罗氏培养基配对比较;将200份肺结核患者痰液标本直接涂片镜检,按涂阳和涂阴标本配对接种在双向培养基和改良罗氏培养基,比较两种培养基的阳性率。

Study of treatment of monosodium glutamate wastewater by double microzymes culture was carried out.
对混合培养工艺进行研究,得到该双菌培养的最佳工艺条件为:接种龄为假丝酵母24h,酿酒酵母20h;接种比例为假丝酵母∶酿酒酵母=4∶1;总接种量为20%;接种顺序为酿酒酵母接种滞后于假丝酵母20h;培养时间为64h。
