master graduate students makes it strenuous for educational resources;some physical colleges and universities have some problems and insufficiency in graduate students\'selection,training and so on,thus the quality of graduate students in theory of sports pedagogy and training is difficult to get due indemnificatory,which can not fully satisfy the requirements of social develop-ment.
近年来随着我国高等教育的快速发展,研究生教育的规模在不断扩大,体育教育训练学硕士研究生的招生人数也在逐年增加,随着扩招研究生的毕业,在一定程度上缓解了社会对体育高学历人才的需求状况,然而,高校体育学硕士研究生的急剧扩张,使得教育资源日趋紧张,体育教育训练学硕士研究生实践能力的培养质量难以得到应有的保障,不能完全满足社会发展的需求。

湖北经济学院体育教学部现有教职工30人，其中教师26人，行政教辅人员4人。教师中副教授14人，讲师6人，助教6人；国际级裁判1人，一级裁判8人；国家级健身健美操指导员1人。教师所教授的专业分布在田径、篮球、排球、足球、乒乓球、羽毛球、网球、武术、跆拳道、健美操、艺术体操、国际标准舞等项目，可以满足学生对体育课教学和课外活动、培训的需求。新组建的体育教学部在学校党委和行政的领导下，通过全体教职工的共同努力和配合，较顺利地度过了磨合期，出现了干部群众热情高涨、上下齐心谋求发展的崭新局面，每一个人都决心为湖北经济学院的发展和腾飞贡献自己的力量。
